The first McGuire facility was Seneca Health Care Center, which opened its doors to the West Seneca community in 1974. Over the years, Seneca has seen many additions and renovations that continue to keep it beautiful, modern and home-like for the individuals residing there. My mother Betty Dolan was in this facility for a little over 8 months ,I would not allow these people to car for my dog! Always nice to your face, we told them for 6 weeks my Mothers urine was extreme
