Very poor care of my mother on the secured unit. She fell and broke her hip after family told them she was unsteady. Then, they moved her and sat her in a chair for a couple of hours before taking her to the hospital. They took her to the hospital in a wheelchair in a van. They did not call for an ambulance. My mother passed after this incident.
