A terrible place to entrust your loved ones. After a stroke rendered mom unable to walk, EMT-trained sister is her caregiver. Needing a respite, she left mom with SV for 4 nights and 5 days to come visit me. On Day 3, mom "fell out of her wheelchair but was able to get herself up and into bed". Mom (age 92) hasn't walked for 4 years. She came home with a broken foot (which was shoved into a shoe) and dislocated shoulder. They said she had a little bump on her head but was okay. They had not bathed her the entire time she was there, clothes were stinky and dirty.

THEY PROVIDE A HIGH SALT DIET. THEY CLAIM IT IS LOW SALT, BUT THE FOOD TASTES EXTREMELY SALTY. NO SPECIAL DIET MENUS EITHER, FOR THOSE THAT ARE DIABETIC ACCORDING TO THE CNA'S AND PHYSICAL THERAPIST.
