This facility is absolutely filthy, staff ignores patients when verbalizing concerns. Do not take family members here if you care about them at all...you're actually paying for them to be neglected at this place. Take Your family home...better off sitting them in a room by themselves at home than in this smelly, run-down dump.

They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.

I would never ever in a million years send anyone here. My mother was admitted at 8pm and we pulled her out at 9am the following morning. i have no idea how this place is even legally in business and it should be shut down.
