Under new management! staff are kind and compassionate. Residents are always smiling participating in fun activities. There is new therapy company they are phenomenal with many residents with success stories! Leadership team is proactive with concerns. Everyone greets you with kindness! Amazing team!!!

The facility has some very nice staff, and outwardly appears kept and maintained. The smell of urine was gone. The interior rooms show signs of extreme wear, and lack of maintenance. I saw residents sleeping on pallets without beds in rooms. The rooms are small, and 2 people are crammed into about 160 sq feet. My mother says she likes the food.
