I have given this home 1 star due to the fact that they have a very poor diet system in place. My Sister needs a diet with no salt and they persist on putting tons of salt on her food. She was 179 when she lived with me it is now nearly 4 months later and she is now 191.8. I have talked to the nurses about this, they have absolutely no pull when it comes to the diet. We were told when we had the meeting i.e. interview with the admissions office that she would receive a diet that fit her health needs, didn't happen! The rest of the promises that were made also didn't happen which were she was to see an eye doctor, a podiatrist and she has only seen the psychiatrist once after a crises period and has not seen her since. The bathrooms are co-ed, REALLY not to mention they are them most unsanitary dirty rooms in the whole place, CLEAN THEM!

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
