The address listed is a NURSING HOME!!!! NOT a doctors office...obviously the previous people who gave their "review" go through life without worrying about details. I cannot imagine that the nursing home would take appointments unless you are planning to live there. Also, at this NURSING HOME address, the bathrooms are well stocked and many toilet seat cover exist. The waiting room is NEVER full of people. In regards to the place I think the others were referring to that is called Tschetter home clinic, and they have always been very friendly and patient with me and my family. My mother went to a different clinic for year (Huron) and was consistently told she had bad allergies and there's nothing they can do to help her. Upon her first visit at Tschetter Home Clinic, they started treatment for a form of acid re flux, and my mom was back to normal within a week! She had been incorrectly diagnosed for decades and for the first time my mother sleeps well and has energy to spare! The doctors are good here and they understand medicine and health which is something I cannot say for the other clinic in this town!
Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. Their equipment appeared to be old and out of date. I wouldn't trust them to care for my loved one after I saw first hand how unsafe their facility is. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion.
