This place was out dated dirty and understaffed. I would not recommend this to anyone. When my mother was there they were unable to care for her because staffing levels are so low. I had to move her to another rehabilitation center because this place was so bad. The medical staff was never there and the medical director when I talked with him about the facility told me I should leave then.

When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. This place was disgusting. The CNA"S seem to be the only ones that help. Most of the nurses were rude and got very irrated when asked questions. I had a relative in there and they were not treated the way they should have. They did not seem to take your concerns seriously. Also meds were all messed up therefore she did not get the proper meds she needed. Also was taken off her oxyogen way to fast. From 3liters to nothing on a weekend when no one was around. Therefore the next day at noon she was very sick and the nurse got very mad when I asked questions or showed her the blood my mom coughed up she started to slam things around and said I will be in when I am done with this room. I was pissed. Needless to say they took her temp 4hrs later at 4PM and no temp they say. Pt was totally out of it. I asked a couple of times for her to go to the hospital and the request were ignored. Some else came by to take over while I had to due some business came back at 7:30 she was still laying in the bed unreponsive. I demanded they call an ambulance and finally it was done. She arrived at the hospital totally unresponsive and very, very sick. Her temp was at 103.9 NO TEMP huh??? Honestly I thought this place was totally dirty and the help just did not seem to care one bit. I would advise you to never bring a loved one to this pit. Its disgusting!! I would not send my dog there. There is one star posted on this review only because it would not let me change it to zero. Please do not send a loved one hear...
