The doctor actually listened to what I had to say, closely examined my problem, asked questions to make sure he understands what’s bothering me, then took his xrays and explained to me why do I have the problem. He made me feel much better, because I thought my tooth has a serious problem and it’s gonna cost me a fortune. He said it is just a deposit that irritates the gum, and the tooth is ok. He then removed the deposit, next day all my problems were gone. That’s not the magic; the magic is that he didn’t charge a penny for that. Since then I trust him as a doctor. Maybe it wasn’t much for him, but the way he calmed me down, the way he tackled the problem, and the way he handled himself, made the impression that he is really serious about his profession, and is patient oriented. I have been for regular teeth cleaning twice ever since my first visit, and I’m happy. The places I went before were ok, but it didn’t seem one can get to talk to the doctor and explain what the problem is without being interrupted or rushed.
