I am a bilingual (Spanish) and bicultural therapist with particular interest and experience working with issues related to anxiety, sexual abuse, trauma, grief and loss, intimacy and boundary issues, relationship difficulties as well as life transitions. I understand the importance of empowering clients to take an active role in their healing journey and believe that individuals are experts of their own life experiences. I help clients develop their strengths by providing a safe space where they can gain insight, explore possibilities and solutions and develop coping skills in the safety of a non-judgmental and supportive therapeutic relationship.

I use a strength based client centered approach focusing on clients' resiliency. I believe in the strength of the individual, their desire to change and the importance of honoring and respecting their values and beliefs. I strongly believe in the therapeutic relationship and its importance on empowering clients to live fuller and happier lives. My goal is to honor your authentic self.
