I had high hopes for this dentist and this office. The facilities are beautiful and on my initial visit, everything seemed to go smoothly. However, once I had agreed to the recommended cosmetic work and paid in full, everything changed. The office manager is incredibly rude and goes to great lengths to prevent anyone from making appointment with Dr. Patel. Patients are always scheduled with other doctors, who are not in this office every day and the communication between these part time Dentists and the fixed staff is nonexistent. There were multiple times I would show up for an appointment to find that not only was I being taken nearly an hour after my scheduled time but that the work I was scheduled for could not be completed because something had not arrived back from the lab and no one had bothered to check. The technician that I had there also did everything short of calling me a wimp when I requested nitrous oxide for the dental work I was having done; inexcusable bedside manner. I would recommend that anyone looking for a dentist think twice before entrusting your dental health to the care of this practice.

This place is no where near "excellence" Stay away from this Dentist - he is rude, abrubt, not caring, always late and the worst dentist I have ever encountered. I can't believe he got through dental school !
