Elaine took forever to seat me, was rude and arrogant and refused to listen to the kind of haircut I wanted. She flirted with my boyfriend who was with me and when she has cut his hair in the past asked nosy inappropriate personal questions about our relationship. This is not the first time I have heard that Elaine hits on male customers and even contacts them outside work for dates. Very disappointed,
