This place is AWFUL. If I could give a negative 5 stars, that is what I would do.I never write reviews, but I feel I should warn my community about this place. I am a forgiving person, but I have had 3 major issues at this location (shame on me for coming back after the first time). The first issue happen about a year ago, my husband went in for a cut and left with a horrible rash on the back of his neck due to unclean and unsharp razors. I sent pictures to the manager and all we got was "I am sorry". The 2nd incident was they added and extra $25 to my credit card! My son had his hair cut and we bought some product and the total was $21 and I said to make it an even $25 (that's a $4 tip on a child's 10 dollar cut). She gave herself a $25 tip and thought I wasn't going to notice? I had to fight to get my money back and when I was speaking to the manager about it she asked me if I just wanted $21 back since I had originally intended to leave a tip??? Ummmm, no. You try to scam me and then think I am going to give you a tip? And then there was today....I brought my son in for a trim. He has wanted to grow his hair out and so w went through the 8 months of "growing pains" to get it the way he wanted. I just asked her to trim the back and sides. I turned away for a minute and the next thing I know, she has shaved the back of his head?????? NEVER AGAIN.....
