Gave them 1/2 star because I couldnt give them a zero! Horrible! The worst haircut I have ever received from ANYWHERE! Not to mention the customer service was RACHET!!!! I have long, thick, curly hair. I went there a little sketchy because it wasnt my normal salon. I was a little low on $$ at the time, and badly needed a haircut, so I disregarded my gut feeling and gave them the benefit of the doubt. BIG MISTAKE. Anyways, I came in expecting a quality service, wash, shampoo, cut, and style. I sat down and she hacked away. I requested side swept bangs. My hair was dry when I came in because I was expecting a shampoo, and when my hair drys it goes from curly to a thick frizzy wave. She barely wet my hair, chopped a good 4 off the ends after I said just trim the bottom, and cut my curly bangs a little above my eyebrow, and about an inch thick. And sent me on my way with just a slightly damp head and a horrible doo. My bangs where still pretty wet from when she cut them but when it dried after I got home it looked like I had a friggin mullet. Im still recovering from this hair cut almost a year later. I definitely do NOT reccomend, and believe that them girls need to quit, or take a #$%$ load of more schooling. Im not a pro hairstylist, but I know not to cut thick curly bangs an inch thick, and above the eyebrow. Nothing could fix this. I actually ended up going to my norm salon to see if they could fix it, but nothing much could be done. My hair was and is still murdered from that trip. Dont give them a penny!

i drove by the place once in lookd okay,went inside and i was greated,told me to take my time.my daughter n i lookd in hair cutting magazine,finally said we ready,my daughter was totally confortable,i was iffy on it,my daughter LOVED her hair style.i also got mine done as well,,,,,i know found a comfortable seat,at cost cutters,my boys were also entertain as well..I ATTEND TO GO BACK!
