Went in for highlights @ Le Hair on 75th & Camelback and left with orange yellow hair and bleach powder falling on my face under dryer from a foil she removed.. Lisa Mode Stylist was slow took her 4hrs to do a partial highlight then painted a toner on then blow out. She was trying to sell another process on top of partial highlights to cover her mistakes where bleach had bled. The product was not left on long enough and in two large areas my hair was white over processed around my ears. Left two bleach stains on my shirt. Lisa was painting product with a brush on hair and the product was flying around and landed on my upper eyelid and I wiped it off this happened twice. When I was ready to leave I made mention that the whole back of my shirt was wet from top to almost bottom of lower back and I had to ask her if she could dry my shirt so my dry hair wouldn't get wet again. Lisa Mode said some people get wet at the washing bowl?? I have never experienced this before. Then to top of I got sticker shock at the front desk she told me it would be $125.00 for partial highlight and toner and a blow dry style and that a style does not come with the service as this was the first time I had to pay in addition to another service. The last service I had with her was a FULL highlight, toner, haircut that was uneven and blow dry for $125.00. I told her I would have appreciated her communicating this to me before she started. At the front desk two other stylist's jumped in the making it a crossfire while Lisa was explaining how my hair was thicker and longer this time so more $$$. This Stylist only takes cash and offers no receipt. This is not how a customer should be treated from bleach on face & clothes, yellow orange color, wet shirt and not being upfront about what everything would cost. Lisa never apologized the 4 hours I went through all this and didn't care. This was and uncomfortable experience. Please use wisdom before going to this salon.

If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. Their salon was very dirty with hair nobody swept and the cover was dirty that the put on me. I always look forward to reading the magazines in the waiting area while I'm waiting for my beauty treatment, but here they only have a couple of magazines. They need a much bigger selection. One thing I didn't like was that I was left during my cut , hair dropped and she walked off....why I'm not sure then she came back and resumed which worried me. I wish they had been a little more attentive.
