They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Iwas able to schedule an appointment promptly, but I have had to wait for quit a while before sitting in the chair. Also I feel they try to move clients through while they are working on me. I've had to sit under the dryer at time so long my hear was burning up, just so they can get another client through. I feel if your going in for a highlight you shouldn't have to be there for almost 4 hours.I do enjoy going to a couple of the girls there. They are very good at what they do! I will absolutely return. I just wish it didn't have to always had to have such long downtimes.
