I have been going to Bubbles for five years. I stopped using them a few months ago after my hairdresser took yet another customer when I was waiting for my hair to dry (highlights). The problem with this was it took LONGER for the other lady to finish with her FULL highlights than it did for my entire cut/color/style...I waited over an hour for him to finish! Needless to say after three hour visits EVERY time I use Bubbles, I had enough! Seriously, why would you take another customer in between my 15 minutes under the hair dryer?? This happened with the last FOUR stylists I used... I'm not going to pay over $200 for poor customer service, even if my hair looked amazing.

The stylists really are hit or miss. Seems like I find one I Love and then they leave!!
