In December, I took my son here for a…

In December, I took my son here for a haircut to even it after he cut it himself. We were walk-in's and Candice did a great job.

Two weeks ago, I had an appointment with Caroline for a haircut for myself. I arrived a few minutes early. I was not greeted when I came in. There was so little seating that I had to sit in a hairdrying chair in the shampoo room. Caroline did suggest I move to the waiting room once someone else left. I was mistaken in that I thought Candice was Caroline since Caroline wasn't there the day I took my son in. Once Candice was done with her customer she left but not before I verified that I had a 2:00 pm appointment on the book. At the time my appointment was scheduled Caroline was done with her customer then began working on a woman that was there waiting when I arrived. I waited around thirty minutes to be taken care of or at least given some idea as to when I would be waited on. I found Caroline to be very unprofessional by not apologizing for being behind or asking me if I wanted to wait an unknown amount of time for her to get to me. I guess she doesn't need my business. Candice is the only reason I give this business a star at all.
