I couldn't believe how great their salon looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the appearance. It was one of the best looking salons I've seen in this area. I am a summer resident and love every summer to come and get my hair done here. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most since everyones style and hair are all different. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me, Thank You Lisa. I had a great experience. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The staff was very polite and very friendly. I felt that they we friends of mine all along. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS!!!

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I was a walk in. There was one customer there having her hair done. It was in the middle of the day. There were 2 other staff members there. I walked in. Got a dirty look from the owner and the other stylist was arranging chairs when i arrived and just stared at me. I introduced myself . I was kind friendly and nice. They were rude and condencending. I told them I was on my way to the Cape to a cousins wedding. I asked if they could give me a bang trim. I said thats all I needed since my hair was to be done on the cape for the wedding. The owner and the other stylist stared at me like I had no right asking for a bang trim. They looked at each other and shook their heads no. They started talking to each other completely ignoring me as I stood there like I was an idiot. They talked back and forth on how they did not want to give me a bang trim. Finnaly the stylist in a rude tone said we dont like doing bang trims. I said there is only one person here i really need it badly ..i am driving now to the cape for the wedding in the morning i was stuck at work all day , i live right down the street and thought u could just trim my bangs, i will pay for it of course! They both started talking about it the cons of giving me a much needed bang trim. The stylist then said as the owner ignored me, we dont like doing bang trims. I said i will pay for it and i found myself actually begging this rude woman. She said 10 dollars but we dont like doing bang trims, then the owner stilll working on the customers hair rudely said, you need to have the whole hair done we dont like doing bang trims. I said 10 dollars i will do it, they said we really dont want to. I was humilated, put down , embarrased. I live right next door to them on Atlantic Ave. I will never go in their door again. I left and drove to another place. Not only did this other salon happily give me a bang trim, they or he the stylist did not charge me and i never had been there before. I suggest u go elsewhere, a rude business this cut and dry.....horrible experience....Thankyou.
