They barely told me what they were doing at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Some of staff was friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered correctly, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The salon was easyto find. I came to this place with the idea that they are hair color professionals but was wrong, I asked for a color change and showed them what I wanted but the outcome was horrible not even close to the hair color I asked. The worst part is that it was done by an Artistic Director who never got the color right, and I still cannot believe I paid so much for this. I was there three times for a color correction and the results were awful. One of the managers was a bit discourteous at first when dealing with all this. Now my hair is very dry and damage, the third time another person took over, and it seems like she was the only one understanding what I asked for and got it a bit closer to the color I wanted. But I did not needed to go through all this if the first person would have gotten the color I wanted the first time, she is suppose to be a hair color professional. Be careful when selecting a hair colorist at Madison Avenue Salon and Day Spa at Chandler Mall!
