this was THE worst hair cut/experience ever! to begin, the atmosphere was unpleasant. it smelled like cigarettes and cheap perfume. there were dead plants on display throughout the salon. fran, the stylist (if you can call her that) was in such a rush and pretty rough. she cut my hair much shorter than discussed. she asked me if i wanted product in my hair, so i said yes. she proceeded to use tresemme mousse in my hair. this is a professional salon? using tresemme mouse?! i went to pay at the cash register and they don't even take debit/credit cards. i wish i would have gone with my gut and left as soon as i stepped foot in the door. lets just say i cried when i got in my car. beware!
