Horrible service. Arrived 1 1/2 hours before closing at the Fort Union, UT store. There are three stylists reading magazines, and the chairs were empty. I'm a 7.5 year customer of Fantastic Sam's. They would not cut and color my hair because "policy" says I must arrive 2 hours before closing. I'm a guy and my hair is very short. Normally it takes an hour or a little less to complete the process. They are lazy, could care less about their customers, and incompetent. I'll never go there again. Wish they cared about my business as much as they do about their tattoos.

They are the most reliable salon I've ever been to. They do not take appointments, only walk-in's! You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I barely had to wait at all for my beauty treatment. I probably spent less than a couple of seconds in their waiting area. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
