Jack takes the time to talk and work with you. My hair always ends up with a good cut, and grows out well. This is important since I'm allergic to blow-drying, hot irons, tons of products in my hair. I'm a wash/condition/air dry type of gal who doesn't want to fuss with my hair all day. I get a hair cut about 2 times a year, 3 max. Leave lots of time, as Jack is very social. (Maybe we just like to talk with each other?)

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. The office was easy enough to find. Jack is amazing!
