I've only been there one time and I am going to go back for a fix, but the problem wasn't exactly the fault of the stylist. I don't think I was specific enough to what I wanted. Their prices were average, but I have gone other places that were more reasonable without having to return, possibly because the stylist asked more questions, etc.. I also did not care for the fact that she cut my hair dry. I know this is a common practice and is good when cutting wavy hair like mine but next time I will ask to have it at least wet down. Shop is very nice, great products that I was not pressured into buying. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Anita has cut & colored my hair for many years! She does a professional job while we have rich conversation. She always listens well to what I want and I'm never disappointed. She's the owner and I have always admired the genuine way she treats all her customers and the level of respect she shows to her hairstylists and other employees. I feel truly pampered and cared for while I'm in her chair. She's a friendly, caring woman who treats me like an old friend.
