I'd had two haircuts previously that were very good. This last time, I should've asked for the mirror to check the back of my head when it wasn't offered to me (it was always offered to me previously). I didn't know how bad it was until I got home. I realize everyone has an "off" day but I know she had to have known it was a bad cut and I feel like I should've gotten either an apology and not been charged or an offer to fix it. She also knew that I was leaving to visit family the next day. VERY disappointed. My search for a decent hairdresser continues.
