ATTENTION MANAGEMENT
In this day and age of service, a person seldom finds such well trained and gracious personnel dealing with the public. This was the second time Judy did my hair and her ability to take into consideration my physical needs to have a styling that I could deal with. Bravo!!! But beside this, your staff noticed that my ride had not arrived. They saw I was outside in the cold and they placed a chair in the glassed-in the area so I could be warm and wait, I had left my cell phone home and they made a call and even got me a hot cup of coffee. I want you to know I will never forget the people and their positive attitudes. I felt I was cared for in a stressful time. Thank all of your staff!!!!
