They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

The restrooms here are not well-stocked. My stall had no toilet paper so I had to use a toilet seat cover. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. The cologne they wore was absolutely terrible and almost unbearable. They should have considered their clients before putting it on. The Doctor even cancelled my normal monthly prescription. When i called in to find out why, he told me that "he didnt recall ever writing me that prescription. He should have been looking at my chart if he can't recall something important like that. I have, since then, found a new doctor that truly seems to care that I have stability in my health care. His office staff acts as tho it is very inconvenient and a waste of their precious time if you ask a question of them. I found the entire organization there to be lacking in professionalism and at times personal ethics. I would not suggest anyone use this facility for even a simple cold, much less something more serious.
