Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Tiffany gave me a spectacular haircut and made me feel really comfortable and was very friendly throughout my entire appointment.

I was so impressed by how caring and attentive they were. They were happy to help me right away with whatever I needed. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They did not style my hair the way I asked. When I left I felt like I looked like an overgrown poodle. While I was there, I was hoping they would be able to answer a few questions that I had. They were able to answer a couple, but most of them they didn't.
