I had been a custome at Imagine for over 15 years. Pam always did my hair. She did all my cut and color appointments, my updos for high school dances, updos for weddings when I was a bridesmaid, and my hair for my wedding. I heard a couple of negative things from my mother but since I was always treated well I continued to get my hair done there.

Last winter my opinion completely changed because I was treated so rudely and in my opinion unprofessionally by not only my former hair stylist, but also the owner Marie.

I do not live in the St. Louis area any longer and would always make hair appointments about a month or two in advance. I also always repeat the month, day, and time on the phone just to make sure we both would have the same information. So I showed up to my appointment and knew the routine and went to change my shirt into one of the "capes" they drape over you. When I came out my former stylist looked at me and said in very unfriendly tone "what are you doing here." My reply was "how are you? I'm here for my appointment." She went on to tell mw that I didn't have one and I said yes I did, that I made it with Marie on the phone. She said no you don't and just stared at me. I then went to change back into my normal clothes and then left.

I inderstand that there was miscommunication between both parties however nothing was done to make the situation better. No apologies were made. I do not think this was handled appropriately.
