Horrible service and even worse attitude. When I questioned the style was answered with rudeness and aggravation like getting what I asked for was too much trouble. Queen of denial!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I showed Queen a picture and asked her to give me that exact style. The cut and style she gave me looked nothing like the picture, cut and style I asked her for. She even had the audacity to try to make it seem like it was my fault because I showed her a picture from years ago of how I once wore my hair. I was in tears and 100% unsatisfied with what she did. She said I could come back and she would curl my hair for me. Why on earth would I ever go back there? It was a nightmare. She cut my hair so short in the back, there was no way I could curl it at home myself. It's been 3 weeks and I still can't do anything with my hair. I've been wearing wigs since she distroyed my hair while waiting for it to grow out so I can go to a stylist with integrity to give me exactly what I ask for.
