The office was easy enough to find. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. The only thing is they always run out of time and so they never have time to straighten my hair, so I leave with wet hair.
