I had my hair dyed and 3 staff members consulted and came up with a wonderful color while the cut was not great, went back a second time, same color and had the manager cut it. I left and itched the nape of my neck on the way home, came out with a handful of hair dye! Had to shower when I got home, dried it and then checked the back to find all kinds of "tails", had to have my husband trim it. The manager must have had a wad of hair under the cape. I went back and asked for a full refund, she offered 20 % on my next service. I didn't want her touching my hair, I asked for the owner, she refused -handed me $30 back of the $90 I had spend and told me to be greatful for that. I don't care how darn good the color was, I would never set foot back there.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

They were decent, but not very affordable
