They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They have absolutely fantastic customer service. I called to find out the price of my beauty treatment and they answered the phone within a couple of rings. They were happy to answer all of my questions and give me the price of my beauty treatment over the phone. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
