Let me just say, I was pretty shocked that this business was in such a bad neighborhood. It's not what I was expecting when I made the appointment and I did not feel safe. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. As soon as I got there it felt like they couldn’t wait for me to leave. I don’t think they even gave me what I paid for. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I called trying to find out how much my beauty treatment was going to cost, and they wouldn't even consider giving me a price over the phone. I didn't want to drive all the way over to find out what it was going to cost. But, when I did arrive the lady that treated my hair was very disrespectful to me, and was angry cause the wrapping she had done prevented my hair from drying properly and then accused me of fumbling my hair up which could prevented it from drying. And on top of this rude behavior she then overcharged me for the original quoted price of $25. To $48. I felt robbed and hairy abused!
