I asked for an experienced stylist for a hair cut. Got instead a young woman == perhaps 20 - 25. Went for a hair color, specified light brown, did not want dark brown. Hair color was almost black. I almost screamed She corected it by putting in a lot of highlights, which did lighten it, but which I did not want - my hair is now dry and unruly. The young woman also did not check me at any time when I was waiting for the color to take. I had gotten some dye underneath my nails and I just wanted a wet tissue. It is standard practice to check with your customer to see how they are doing. I kept trying to catch her eye -- the other two beauticians were working on a customer and my young girl was hanging ;on the 3 of them watching. I finally got up and walked over to the checkout desk and asked for a tissue. This all cost me $80,00 because of the two color job, I guess. This used to be a nice salon It now desperately needs a competent manager. I wish I could get in touch with the owner whoever that soul is, to ask for a price adjustment and to suggest that she is probably being put out of business (3 employees 2 customers when I was there).

Been going here for over 20 years. I live out of state now, but when I go back to PA, this is the first place on my list to go to. Best place ever to get hair done.
