Have been a patient there for years. Have seen all the providers including the doctor, male pa and two female pas. The female PAs do not last long. The providers are good but the staff is very rude. And when I called to get an appointment for my 6 year daughter, they were awful. They did not bother to ask what she needed to be seen for, seemed annoyed that I even wanted an appointment, snapped when I asked if they replaced the latest female PA who left, then refused to even give me a date of availability for the male PA until I specified what kind of insurance I had. I told them I have private insurance and I've paid every bill they've ever sent me over the past 10 years of my husband and I being patients there, We just switched our kids to my husband's insurance and I could not remember the carrier, but they still refused to even provide me a date of availability. It is clear they have absolutely no concern for a 6 year old girl who needs to see a dermatologist sometime soon. Patient care is not high on their priority list. I will never go back.
