I went in for a routine color and trim and Becky destroyed my hair. Turning it red despite me advocating for no alteration. On top of it the bangs were cut horribly. I returned 3 days later for a resolution and they chemically damaged my hair trying to turn my hair to a normal brown. It has been 4 months and I am still struggling through this.
