The salon itself is old and run down. Milva who is supposed to be an experienced stylist used a 40-volume developer plus put me under a hot dryer for 30 minutes. My hair is fried literally falling out split ends. My hair was in excellent shape prior to my first visit. I went there for a touch up highlight because my hair was already blonde. Literally in all my life the worst outcome for my hair. I would never recommend anyone for hair purposes to see Milva because she has zero talent.
