I've been going to Terry Baynard for over 30 years, and amazingly, I am not his oldest client. He's steered me through the big hair of the 80s and a number of other hair fads, and into the unavoidable covering of the gray. He's so conscientious he once sent my husband home from an appointment to grow his hair out for two more weeks without charging him. After I'd been going to him for a couple of years, I told him I wanted a change. He proceeded to "interview" me for a good ten minutes to find out what kind of person I was before trying out a new style. He's professional, courteous and extremely talented.
