The hair specialist was rushed. I had to tell her what to do with my hair and how to foil wrap???. Who is the professional here? I told her I needed blonde around my face and when I left my whole head was brown with lingering blonde in the back. I told her I needed 2/1 blonde and brown she did the opposite of what I had asked her to do. I am very upset. Tried calling to get hold of someone and they NEVER answer the phone. I am $ out and still don't look at all like what I had asked her to do. She didn't listen to me at all. She kept getting the 2 colors mixed up also. For someone that is so picky with her hair why would they stick me with someone that seems to have just gotten out of school? I am not impressed and NOT happy with my hair. Rushed me through my appointment and let me leave with wet hair with it below 10. Will not send anyone to this salon Ever!!!
