The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

The office was easy enough to find. Chapter 21 Hair Studio had quite a few interesting magazines. Chapter 21 Hair Studio puts in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Chapter 21 Hair Studio always returns my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
