I went to Amber because I had a Seize the Deal for a cut and color-- and once she knew that, she did her best to minimize the service I was provided. She was friendly enough, but didn't want to do processes that took a long time-- I suppose she assumed she wasn't going to get her 'money's worth' out of me, although I came prepared to tip well. I feel like my appointment was pointless-- my hair did get dyed, but just one flat color I could have done at home, and the haircut was done in five minutes, so I had to spend some time at home fixing the back with some scissors and a hand mirror. Nothing was accomplished that I couldn't have done myself, and I felt worse when I left. I suppose that when you participate in discounts, you don't get much money from them, and she certainly treated me like that.
