They are quick to follow you around the store. Not quick in showing you the product you need. They seem as though you are bothering them even though you are there to spend your money. Man in store seems impatient and irritated whenever i shop in store. I try my best no to shop at this store. I only go back because it is 2 blocks from my home. If you have hair behind the counter of course i need you to show it to me, why would you be angry about that!!!!!!!

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
