The sylists really didn't listen to what I wanted- she got basic info wrong, even when I tried to correct her. I am VERY low maintenance hair, what I got was 'trendy'- do NOT put 'product' in my hair if I do not ask for it. I cam home and trimmed it myself. What I got was the 'generic style de jjour'. I am 6'5", 350, bearded with suspenders- what about that says 'trendy'? nothing. learn to read you customers body language (never mind, I will not go back) and please use the "INSIDE" voice.
