I saw tanya for the first Time to get highlights. They dont have any book of hair colors so she looked up pictures. I said I want a natural highlight thats a blonder red than the deep red I have now. I showed her a picture of my hair that I liked the color of. She showed me a picture with bright orange hair color with bright blond highlights on her phone. She talked a lot about color, but at the end of the day I didnt trust what she was talking about and had no reference to what she may or may not do. I just left and told her ill have to look at more pictures. She could tell I was upset and made this “baby face” and said “aww im sorry you dont trust me.” Yeah i made the right choice.
