I was going to a wedding in Vermont and walked into this salon and asked if they also did hair. A woman who worked there told me yes in the back room. I showed her a picture of what I wanted done and she told me she was a licensed hair dresser....well after one hour and she accomplished nothing then she told me " I'm Asian I can't do hair". This was the worst experience of my life... Who does that to somebody? I have never taken the time to complete a review before , but this needs to be put out there. Obviously she was scamming me and would obviously do that to others. I left there walked down the block and found Forte's and that girl fixed the other 's rediulous attempt at styling hair. Btw who uses perm papers with a curling iron???? Never go there!

No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best

Somewhat, they should have been more polite
