We recently moved to the area, and I was looking for a salon for my wife. She has wanted a full day of pampering and I was calling Chickies to surprise her and try to get a day lined up. Chickies doesn’t answer the phone, you have to leave a message. I left a message and wanted to ask a couple of questions, and when I got a return phone call it went to voicemail and all I heard was attitude from her having to leave a message to me. She said I could call back after 3:30 due to her being soooo busy. After that message I didn’t trust my wife in that salon. I then searched for other salon/spa. We were at dinner and nearly 6pm same evening I got another call from Chickies. I didn’t answer phone during dinner and got another disturbing voicemail. You had questions: if you are selling health insurance - I don’t need any, life insurance - I don’t need any, I don’t accept credit cards, and I already have a financial advisor, soooo if those answer any of your questions you don’t have to call back, but my number is.....
At this point I told my wife what I had planned (ruined the surprise), and we had a friend suggest The Healing Spa in Satellite Beach. I called them and they answered their phone, they answered my questions without attitude and made appointments for me. I have set up a mani/pedi, a keratin and color, a cut and style and a facial if she wants one.
