I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. As a side note, on my way to the appointment I was worried that I must have gotten wrong directions because I was practically out in the boondocks by the time I reached their building. I almost turned around because I was sure I must have passed their office, but to my surprise it was just really inconveniently located. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. This was the worst salon I've ever visited, and I think it's the worst salon in existence. I can't believe they're still in business. Their equipment was old. Most of it was still in usable condition but I would have appreciated equipment that was at least current.
