Like any salon where there are many different employees, you need to find one you like and stick with her each time to ensure you are consistently pleased. One person's idea of "an inch off" may not be the same as the next. I've had really good experiences here and ones that were just "eh". Depends on who I get. I may be surprised with the results if I get one gal this time when I had someone else last time. I feel like I get what I pay for here which is all I'd expect when paying less than $15 for a hair cut.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Every time I visit, I love reading all the magazines they have in the waiting area while I'm waiting for my beauty treatment. They have a fantastic selection, and having some good reading material always makes time go by so much faster. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I barely had to wait at all for my beauty treatment. I probably spent less than a couple of seconds in their waiting area. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. Miranda ROCKS!!! I had a horrible Multiple Sclerosis flare-up, and she took the extra time to cut my hair, and do my highlights, despite it being past closing time. Melissa, not nearly the same caliber as Miranda. She di my highlights too dark, and I was not happy afterwards. I will only go to Miranda from now on.
