Terrible!!! I went to get my hair highlighted. Chelse put a rinse or
something on my hair said I would love it. My hair turned orange and
red. She had to put brown rinse on my hair twice to get the orange out.
The brown rinse came out in a couple of days. Now I have orange
hair again. For how long I don't know. I hate it and my husband hates
it even more.

Their perm left bald spots all over my head. My hair was healthy-no previous color, highlighting, or perms...now I have nickel-sized bald spots in at least 5 places. I wish it was something that could be fixed, but it's not.
